3. Accounts and access

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or if your client relationship with Podcast Discovery Ltd ends.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Third-party platform data

Slate integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Apple Podcasts, Google Ads, and others. Data retrieved from these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service:

You must not use data displayed in Slate in any way that would violate these third-party terms. In particular, you must not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit analytics data obtained from these platforms outside of the reporting services provided by Slate and Podcast Discovery Ltd.

6. YouTube API Services

Slate uses YouTube API Services to retrieve video metadata, analytics, and caption data for channels connected by their owners. By connecting a YouTube channel to Slate, you acknowledge that:

7. Intellectual property

Slate, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of Podcast Discovery Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the platform as intended.

Podcast and episode content displayed in Slate remains the property of its respective owners. Analytics data sourced from third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms' terms.

8. Data and privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Slate, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep Slate available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time without prior notice.

Data from third-party platforms depends on the availability and accuracy of their APIs. We are not responsible for delays, gaps, or inaccuracies in third-party data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podcast Discovery Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Slate, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Slate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or that third-party data will be accurate or complete.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the Slate dashboard. Continued use of Slate after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
