Slate is a podcast portfolio management platform operated by Podcast Discovery Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Slate is used by our team and by clients whose podcasts we manage.

Slate helps podcast publishers plan, publish, promote, and measure their shows. It connects to third-party platforms (hosting providers, social media, advertising tools) to import performance data and present it in a unified dashboard.
When you log in to Slate, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if you sign in via Google OAuth). This is used solely to authenticate you and manage your access.
We import publicly available podcast metadata (show titles, episode titles, descriptions, artwork, publication dates) from RSS feeds and hosting platform APIs.
With appropriate authorisation, Slate retrieves performance data from platforms including but not limited to:

You may revoke Slate's access to your YouTube data at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing Slate from the list of connected applications. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing new data from your channel. Previously imported analytics data may be retained in accordance with our retention policy (see section 7).
